last weekend Miss V and I had the absolute joy of visiting a local farm where alpacas, goats, and other lovely creatures spend their days.
we even got to watch my friend John do a shearing demo
and then he caught one of the babies for us to pet!
They have a fabulous building on the farm...
I dream of such a shack!! It is so lovely and inviting, with a boardwalk around the outside, a wee little porch, a fire pit off to one side,
and more hand spun yarn than I could probably use in a lifetime, though I would adore to try!
Love love love it!
many awesome artists, selling many awesome items............
A fun time with my fun Miss V
Dueling cameras
It was the BEST DAY!!!!!

This looks like the perfect day. Don't you just love spending the day with your kid[s]?
We take the girls to the $4 movie theatre on Saturday night after dinner [last night included] and we have the best time from dinner all the way through to coming home for dessert. It is one of my favorite "traditions". [Tonight we saw "21 Jump Street" - we girls got a huge kick out of listening to Dad laugh his behind off. The movie IS funny.]
Can't wait to see what you make with your yarn. You did buy yarn, right? :)
You look cute as a button! I love the peace sign, by the way. Fun!
