So, do you think size does matter?

Anybody want a nice hamburger?
no?  really?

Yesterday the big guy complained that he has been moving the green coconut (from Easter cupcakes) around in the fridge for "AGES" and can't we do something with it?
so, I obliged.
and I got rid of the various frosting left over from making Valentine and Easter cookies too!
I know, right? Totally too cute to eat!  I'll send them to work with the big guy, his coworkers won't worry about them being cute.  They'll probably complain that they are too small!!

I have seen these made before but yours are the MOST adorable - and I love the way the first pic' looks really big, but it isn't lol What a great use of all the leftovers too.

Kudos to you Mare [and where did you get the cute lil' plate?]

Hugs and I hope they all enjoy.

I have this 'recipe' in a couple of my cookbooks. Always wanted to try them, but never did. Very cute! And what a great way to get rid of your leftovers!
